Zombie Turkeys Visit Facebook With Andy Zach

Zombie Turkeys chatted on Facebook yesterday from 7 PM CST to about 7:45. I’m sure you’ve never had zombie turkeys visit Facebook before, and I hope you haven’t met them in person. But how you handle Zombie Turkeys visit in your newstream?

Yesterday Andy Zach chatted with Zombie Turkey fans, answered questions, and read a new, unpublished excerpt from My Undead Mother-in-law.

Andy appeared in the video chat in his office,

And About the Zombie Turkeys Sequel . . .

Andy’s made steady progress on his Zombie Turkeys sequel, “My Undead Mother-in-law”. Here’s the latest progress chart.

Of course, Andy is seven weeks late–he wanted to have fifty thousand words done by December 1st, not January 25, 2017. But, he should be over that today. He has one chapter left to go in his first draft.

And yesterday, Andy met with Sean Flannagan, the illustrator responsible for the creative covers of Zombie Turkeys. What kind of cover should grace Volume 2 of “The Life After Life Chronicles”? I’ll give you some hints: we searched for Betty Crocker. And also for Mrs. Butterworth.  And then we looked at other zombie book covers.

So, we came up with some good ideas. Now remember, we also have to have chapter icons.  Who can forget this icon from Zombie Turkeys?

Of course, if you haven’t read Zombie Turkeys yet, you have no clue what this means! But don’t worry: we haven’t run out of print books, or electrons yet! You can get your copy here.

A Final, Special Announcement

Missing the chat session’s gotta hurt. I’ve decided to give you faithful blog readers a news flash that others, outside the chat session don’t know.

Here it is: Andy plans to have a Facebook video chat session every month. So watch this blog for the announcement of the next one.

This goes along with Andy’s plan to tour libraries and bookstores this year–including your’s, if you’d like. Just let him know through the Contact link where you’d like him to visit.

Then, you too, can chat with Zombie Turkeys!  Gobble! Gobble!
