  • Chambanacon delighted me and over a hundred other attendees from November 25-27. The convention is the oldest ‘relaxacon’: a relaxing convention of gaming, science fiction and fantasy. It started in 1972 and some of the original attendees are still around. I met various authors, from Olivia Esther, age 17, to Glen Cook, with over forty years of successful novel writing and publishing. I chatted with successful authors Alex Bledsoe (website) and Gene Wolf (Gene Wolf’s wikipedia page). I’ll be adding my fellow authors, Glen Cook, Rey, and Esther Olivia websites to my resources page. Please check out their web pages!

Happy Thanksgiving from Zombie Turkeys and Andy Zach!

A crowd of zombie turkeys, on Thanksgiving
A crowd of zombie turkeys, on Thanksgiving

Today, we had a wonderful Thanksgiving here at the Zach household. My wife, three children, daughter-in-law and mother-in-law. Note my mother-in-law is nota zombie. We enjoyed cornish games hens and ham, green bean and onion casserole, twice-baked garlic potatoes, and homemade cranberries. Somehome we found room for pecan and pumpkin pie.

Rather than watching football, we then entertained ourselves reading excerpts from Zombie Turkeys and my next book, My Undead Mother-in-law.

Finally, I am thankful for you, my website visitors! Just for stopping by on Thanksgiving, please enjoy the FREE EXCERPT of my comic urban fantasy Zombie Turkeys.

Next thing you do is make like a zombie turkey and hop over to the home page for your FREE EXCERPT.
